68028005 - This TIPM will work for all software codes AA through AV as long as your part number is 68028005.
TIPM will arrive plug n play with instructions. Instructions for plug n play generally take less than 3 minutew to complete after the TIPM has been installed. NO trip to your dealer or local mechanic!
**NOTE: Both hinges for the lid are missing, see pictures. The lid will stay on but we wanted to make sure you were aware of this. Please do not purchase if you are not comfortable with this.
Fitment
- There are multiple styles and internal board layouts. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment.
- 2008 and 2009 Dodge Ram trucks models with the same part number.
- You may need to swap fuses and relays as necessary from your fuse box into this unit prior to install.
- These fuse boxes require programming however your TIPM will arrive plug and play with instructions! No trip to the dealer!
Tech Notes
- Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
- Fuse box opened and there is no corrosion.
- We test over 16 signal outputs including but not limited to the following: Fuel Pump / ASD output / L and R low and high beams / L and R turn signal / Horn / Rear Defrost / Windshield wipers / Reverse and Park lamps / HVAC blower output / Transmission power output and more!!
- All traces good or repaired as necessary. The part of the circuit board that typically fails has been repaired.
- No broken or corroded pins
- Lid is not included but you can swap from yours very easily. However, both hinges for the lid are missing, see pictures. The lid will stay on but we wanted to make sure you were aware of this. Please do not purchase if you are not comfortable with this.
- Mounting points are good.
Warranty / Optional Core Refund
- This Fuse box carries a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your sales record which we will send with your order.
- If you would like to send your core back for a $25 partial refund let us know at checkout and we will provide a prepaid return label with your item. Simply use the box we ship your new item in along with the label we provide and once the unit returns we will issue your partial refund promptly. It's that simple! This is optional.
