These units do not have part numbers. They will come with a "MAX" button or a "RECIR" button. These are "MAX" units.
**NOTE: Mounting points on the right are intact. However the left side mounting points do have some minor stress cracks/chipped off pieces - see pictures. You will need to install carefully! Please be sure you are comfortable with this prior to purchasing.
Fitment
- Will fit the following vehicles with the "MAX" button
- 1991 - 1994 Chevy GM Trucks and Suv's - 1500 2500 3500 Tahoe Suburban
Tech Notes
- Climate Control has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics repair techs! Some of those are listed below:
- All night illumination bulbs have been replaced
- Digital display tested!

- Faceplate is in good used shape showing some minor wear and fade as pictured. See pictures.

Warranty
- 90 day warranty on the controller functions
- 2 year warranty on night time illumination. If any backlighting goes out in this time , email us through eBay, send the unit in with a copy of your purchase record and we will fix the illumination and send the unit back promptly.
